What we collect

Information you send us through forms, email or WhatsApp: name, work email, company, country and your message. If you complete the ERP AI Readiness Scorecard and add your contact details, your answers and score. Basic analytics data about how the website is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver services (contract and legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data.

Where it is stored

Enquiries and scorecard results you submit are stored in our customer relationship management system, Zoho CRM (Zoho Corporation, India data center), and with our email, hosting and messaging providers. When you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta's terms also apply. For UK and EU clients, project data can be processed in UK or EU data centers under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for up to 24 months, client records as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under UK GDPR, EU GDPR, UAE PDPL, the Australian Privacy Act and US state laws), you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to processing. Email info@suvishaz.com.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages help visitors and which forms are completed, and Microsoft Clarity to see, in aggregate and with form inputs masked, where visitors click and scroll. Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner; if you decline, none are set. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again. If we embed a booking calendar on the contact page, the booking provider may set its own cookies when you use it. Embedded videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no cookies until you press play.
