AI accounts payable automation for Australian businesses
Supplier invoices matched to purchase orders and goods receipts, exceptions explained, and postings approved in the ERP you already run. Ready for Peppol e-invoicing, available in AEST business hours.
AP automation without replacing your ERP
Most Australian mid-market organisations still key a large share of supplier invoices by hand, even when the ERP holds every purchase order and goods receipt. Our Invoice Processing Agent reads each invoice, matches it line by line to the PO and receipt, checks GST and totals, and prepares the posting. Your AP team approves it with one click, and only then is anything written to the ERP.
Nothing is migrated. The agent connects through your ERP's own APIs, database views or exports, including older and heavily customised systems. See how it works.
Peppol e-invoicing readiness
Australia uses the Peppol network for e-invoicing, with the Australian Taxation Office acting as the Peppol Authority. Government agencies receive e-invoices through Peppol, and more suppliers and customers are adopting it for business-to-business invoicing.
Structured Peppol invoices are much easier to automate than PDFs. The agent reads them directly alongside the PDFs and scans that will keep arriving from smaller suppliers, so you can adopt Peppol at your own pace without running two AP processes.
General information, not tax advice. Confirm current e-invoicing requirements with the ATO and your adviser.
What the agent does
- Captures invoices from your AP mailbox, scans and Peppol.
- Checks ABNs, GST and totals, and detects duplicates.
- Performs two-way and three-way matching within the tolerances you set.
- Explains every exception in plain English and drafts supplier queries.
- Prepares the posting for approval, with a full audit trail.
Security and data residency
You choose where the agent runs: on your own servers, in a private cloud in an Australian region, or in the cloud. We design to the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and your supplier and payment data is never used to train public AI models. Read our security approach.
Pricing and availability
Two ways to start: monthly plans from A$390 to A$1,540 a month plus a one-time setup fee, or for mid-market and enterprise teams a fixed-price pilot from A$11,600, then from A$2,320 a month in production. Prices are approximate conversions of the USD plans; invoices can be in Australian dollars. Our team is available during AEST business hours for calls, workshops and support.
